This is an offer for broken weeks we may have in the current couple of months. We might have less than 7 nights available.

If you're flexible with your dates, and willing to do travel arrangement with only a few weeks notice!

I will offer a Special Rate for your last minute trip. 

The Specials are only for current months and year.

Each of your preference have a 3 to 4 weeks notice.  

If nothing is available for your 1st choice, I will get back to you with dates for the 2nd choice.
