The La Brisa Condominiums does not accept:

Pets, boats, wave runners, trailers, RV'S, Student groups, College/University spring breakers.

 Must be 25 or over to rent.          

 

      High Season weekly rentals are generally Sat. to Sat.

Off Season rentals are more flexible.

Rates

Off season starts in May.

                    Weekly Rate: $1300.00 

6 nights:$1150.00

5 nights:$1090.00

 4 nights:$900.00

3 nights:$750.00(4 guests)

                      

            The rates do not apply for Special Events

                 4th of July week:$1400.00

                Oct. Fantasy Fest week (4 guests): $1800.00

  • Package mailed outside the U.S: rate to be determined by Post Office. 

  • Overnight package is charged at: $20.00 (in the U.S. )

  • Security deposit upon arrival $300.00 must be on a Credit card.

  • Extra set of key & security card issued: $40.00 non-refundable.
