 "Kokomo": Remember the Beach Boys song? If your browser has audio capability and you gave the page a chance to load, you've heard it when you came in through Kokomo's Homepage. It's tropical, it's sun, it's fun. A perfect hideaway to relax. That's why I baptized my unit Kokomo.

How does it look? See for yourself - Kokomo is located right across Smathers Beach, overlooking the ocean and beach life. Watching the stars at night is also included

Located on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator or stairs) of the La Brisa East building, a gated Condominium and one of Key West's finest ocean side places. The Condominium's amenities are all yours to use for free: Heated pool, Jacuzzi, saunas for men and women, tennis court and small library in (club house). Wireless Internet Access is available for the convenience of our residents and guests in the clubhouse and the cover area of the pool deck. For your safety and others there is no glass allowed in the pool area. Last but not least, step out to Smathers Beach, if you like. If you like to go jogging you'll find a several local jogger across the street. If you prefer volleyball you have several courts. Want to take a break? there are always food vendors by the beach (hot dogs, Italian ice, soda and more!) or rent beach chairs and umbrella for the day with Sunset water sports.

The unit is fully equipped: Central air, three TV's with cable, DVD, ceiling fans in every room. Kitchen with microwave, icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender for those Margaritas!, dishes, etc. etc. Linens, towels and pool towels ready.
