West has Int'l Airport (EYW). For first time visitors anyway, I'd recommend to come by car: Crossing 42 bridges on US1, Atlantic on the left, Gulf on the right. A treat! You should plan for 3-4 hours driving from Miami, however. |

Limited supplies left in unit, until you do your shopping: Paper towel, dish washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags(2), toilet paper, hand soap, body soap and some laundry detergent. |

2) A $300.00 security deposit is required upon check in, by authorizing your VISA or MasterCard. This security deposit will only be charged if any damages to the unit are discovered after your departure. You will be charged and notify by e-mail of damages. We do realize this is a rental unit, you will not be asked to pay for damages due to wear and tear. Please, refer to the complete set of rules for other charges.
3) Please keep in mind Check- out time is 10:00 AM. You will be charged $75.00 for an unauthorized late check-out.
4) Some groceries and pharmacies are open 24 hours every day. As a courtesy, you'll find an initial supply of toilet paper, soap. etc. until you do your shopping.
5) Casual dress is okay everywhere in town, even in the fanciest restaurants.

Water Usage: Water is transported by a pipeline from the mainland. Water is a commodity Key West citizens do not take for granted. Please use our water carefully.Welcome to Paradise!
