Located on the 3rd floor (elevator) of the La Brisa East building, a gated Condominium and one of Key West's finest ocean side places. The Condominium's amenities are all yours to use for free: Heated pool, Jacuzzi, saunas for men and women, tennis court, small library in (club house). Last but not least, step out to Smathers Beach, if you like. There is a running path for you joggers, if you prefer volleyball you have several courts. Want to take a break? there are always food vendors by the beach (hot dogs, Italian ice, sodas?).
Assigned covered parking space.
The unit is fully equipped: Central air, three TV's with cable, VCR, ceiling fans in every room. Kitchen with microwave, icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. etc. Dishes, linens, towels and pool towels ready. Washer/dryer in one of the closets. The print-friendly page contains a detailed description. All you have to bring is food and clothes (casual is okay everywhere, see the "Key West" page, please).
