Kokomo is a Non-Smoking unit, it's on the 3rd floor, a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath with approximately 1,100 square feet. Clean? You bet. Nicely furnished, It's simply NOT just business to us.

Central air, 3 TV sets with cable, DVD, ceiling fans in every room. Kitchen has microwave, icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. etc. Plenty of dishes, towels and pool towels. Washer/dryer in one of the closets, iron and ironing board too. What else would you need? May be you just check the details as outlined on the print-friendly page. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET.

There is a generous living and dining room, a large master bedroom (king size bed), and a full size second bedroom twin beds (king optional). One of the sofas in the living room can be unfolded to a queen sized bed. A balcony you can sit on with six people easily. Each La Brisa building has an elevator.
